What is the Trade-in Program?
You can trade in eligible drones and receive up to 70% of your original order value as credit toward a new drone purchase on the Ruko Shopify store.

Please note: Individual accessories such as batteries, propellers, and backpacks are not eligible for trade-in at this time.
How Does the Trade-In Process Work?
Submit Details: Click the link below and fill out the online form with information about your eligible drone.

Receive Your Voucher: Our specialists will evaluate your submission within 3 business days and send you a personalized trade-in voucher via the email or phone number you provided.
Redeem & Purchase: Use the voucher you receive at checkout in the Ruko Official Shopify Store to purchase a qualifying new drone.
Complete Your Order: Pay any remaining balance and finalize your purchase. Your new device will then be shipped following our standard delivery process.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
① This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-refundable, and is valid only for the purchase of specified new drone models on the Ruko Shopify store.
② It can be combined with other ongoing promotions on Ruko Shopify, such as clearance sales and limited-time discounts.
③ If not used before the expiration date, the voucher will become invalid and cannot be reissued or extended.
④ The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Original Device Information
① Device return is not required.
② Each device is eligible for only one trade-in redemption.
③ The original drone may be in any condition (new, used, or damaged), but its state will directly affect the assessed trade-in value.
④ By participating in this program, you voluntarily forfeit all warranty and paid after-sales service rights for the traded-in device.
Honesty Declaration & Legal Terms
You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and that you are the legitimate owner of the device. Submitting false information or maliciously applying multiple times constitutes fraud. Ruko reserves the right to unilaterally disqualify the applicant, void any issued voucher, freeze related accounts, and pursue legal action where applicable.
Final Interpretation: We reserve the right to adjust the assessed trade-in value based on the actual condition of the device and to modify the terms of this program at our discretion.
